Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post.

Tracking numbers are normally sent within 3 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that all orders are shipped Monday–Friday only.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Australia: 5–7 business days

International: 14-21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process, seasonal delays, or local postal services.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

We do not control these fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If an issue occurs, please contact Australia Post directly and provide your tracking number.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

No refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Address Issues-

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Reshipment fees
  • Returned-to-sender parcels due to wrong details
